Are your pods compatible with my machine?

Our capsule are compatible with a range of Lavazza a Modo Mio@, Nespresso@, Caffitaly® and Starbucks Verismo®, and Nescafe® Dolce Gusto® machines. Compatibility is usually included in the product description. If in doubt, please Contact Us to ask about compatibility to your specific machine.

When will I receive my delivery?

Your purchase is dispatched within 2 working days from order confirmation and should be delivered at your doorstep between 3 and 5 days thereafter (UK mainland only). We will retain proof of postage for each delivery. So if after 7 working day you have not yet received your order please Contact Us.

How is payment processed?

The payment is processed through Shopify and a you will be emailed a receipt of your order.

What if I need to return my order?

We shall try out best to make sure your order is delivered to you in perfect condition, however, should you find any fault or damage, please Contact Us immediately (and within 3 working days from delivery). If the product arrived to you in perfect condition, but you have changed your mind and still want to return it, we will accept return of undamaged, sealed orders, but we will retain a £5 fee from the purchase to cover postage & transaction costs.
